Founded in 2011, PAINTBOX offers premium catering and event planning services throughout the GTA.  We have preferred caterer status at MaRS Discovery District, all Artscape venues and of course our own venue Regent Social!

PAINTBOX CATERING & BISTRO  is a thriving and dynamic social enterprise approved by the City of Toronto’s as a diverse supplier (Social Purchasing Project) and a proud Certified B Corporation.

Located in the heart of Regent Park, we are dedicated to creating memorable events through delicious food, thoughtful service and creative custom design all while providing much needed employment opportunities and training for at risk individuals.

PAINTBOX was Canada’s first caterer to be certified as a B Corporation in 2013, joining an international community of corporations using the power of business to fight poverty and climate change.

In September of 2016, we were named “Best for the World”, a reflection of our strong community mandate, in the top 10% of B Corporations.  Paintbox is also a certified Diverse Supplier to the City of Toronto, based on social enterprise.

We aim to constantly improve on the sustainability of food served, while presenting new and creative catering options. Our team operates as one succinct unit and all employees share one common goal; to produce high quality catering events while being mindful of our environmental footprint and business practices.

Paintbox operates from an 8,000 square foot space which includes 2 kitchens, extensive storage, loading dock, event venue and a storefront café/ takeout lounge.

As a B Corporation, PAINTBOX believes that all businesses should be operated as if people and place matter, recognizing that we are each dependent upon another and thus responsible for each other and for future generations.
